The apartment has been stylishly created by an interior designer using contemporary materials and colour to create a warm and inviting space. The large window lets natural light flood in while the fourth floor location offers a great view for stargazers.
The new kitchen combines modern, clean lines with the exposed brickwork for a contemporary feel and includes oven, hob and fridge freeze and all the equipment you need to unleash your inner chef.
The Italian, Clei sofa bed systems means you can quickly and easily convert the sofa into a comfortable double bed. When not in use it lifts up to provide plenty of extra space. A small table and chairs offers a space to eat,
The bathroom is also newly installed and fully tiled and benefits from a walk in power shower with separate hand shower. Warm feet in winter are ensured by the underfloor heating.
Our apartments are fully serviced and the weekly rent includes all utility bills (electricity, gas and water), TV and free WiFi. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged by separate agreement. The building has CCTV security and an entry phone system in the apartment.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is a popular area due to its wide range of shopping, eateries and nightlife. The main London museums are all here along with well known galleries and other sightseeing hotspots. Hyde Park is a short walk, offering a vast green space for leisure activities or you may like to rent a boat and paddle around the famous Serpentine lake – or maybe even swim in the Lido.
South Kensington is well positioned for easy access to everywhere in London. The tube is just 400m away and many bus routes are even closer.
