The apartment is ideal for 1-3 people who want to work, study, visit relatives or go on holiday in Wuppertal for a while. It offers a lot of space and is located in a preferred area of ​​Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
A maximum of 3 people (1 sofa bed in the living room) + 1 small child (we can provide a travel cot and high chair with a baby insert) have space.
The living space
The apartment has a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table, a winter garden with a view of the garden, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub. The floors are covered with light gray laminate and the apartment is heated with modern infrared heaters. .
We expressly do NOT rent the apartment for celebration purposes, but exclusively for residential purposes.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment building (6 parties) in Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
The bus stops are only about 50m away. It takes about 7 minutes by bus to get to the main train station / the city center and maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the university.
By car you are in 3 minutes on the A46 in the direction of Düsseldorf (approx. 20 minutes) and in the direction of Dortmund.
There is a forest right next to the house - well suited for daily jogging or just a walk. The large garden can be used in summer.
All additional costs are included except for the final cleaning.
For long-term tenants of 1 month or more, the 14-day apartment cleaning (floors, surfaces, bathroom and bed linen change - approx. 2 hours) is included.

Das Appartement eignet sich wunderbar für 1-3 Personen, die für einige Zeit in Wuppertal arbeiten, studieren, Verwandte besuchen oder Urlaub machen möchten. Sie bietet viel Platz und befindet sich in einer bevorzugten Gegend von Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
Maximal 3 Personen (1 Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer) + 1 Kleinkind (Reisebettchen und Hochstuhl auch mit Baby-Einsatz können wir zur Verfügung stellen) haben Platz.
Der Wohnraum
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 180-cm Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Flatscreen, eine große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Esstisch, einen Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten und ein helles Wannenbad mit Fenster. Die Fußböden sind mit hellgrauem Laminat belegt und die Wohnung wird mit modernen Infrarot-Heizungen erwärmt. .
Wir vermieten die Wohnung ausdrücklich NICHT für Feierzwecke, sondern ausschließlich zu Wohnzwecken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses (6 Parteien) in Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
In nur etwa 50m Entfernung befinden sich die Bushaltestellen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof / in die Innenstadt sind es etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Bus, zur Uni vielleicht 10-15 Minuten.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 Minuten auf der A46 in Richtung Düsseldorf (ca. 20 Minuten) und in Richtung Dortmund.
Gleich neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Wald - gut geeignet für die tägliche Joggingrunde oder einfach einen Spaziergang, Der große Garten darf im Sommer mit benutzt werden.
Beinhaltet sind alle Nebenkosten bis auf die Endreinigung.
Für Langzeitmieter/innen ab 1 Monat ist die 14-tägige Wohnungsreinigung (Böden, Flächen, Bad und Bettwäschenwechsel - ca. 2 Std.) inklusive.
Zugang für Gäste
Es handelt sich hier um eine komplette, abgeschlossene Wohnung. Ihr habt also natürlich überall Zugang :-)

Die Wuppertaler Innenstadt samt Kneipen- und Szeneviertel Luisenstraße ist nur etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 7 Minuten mit dem Bus und 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Und feiern kann man in Wuppertal gut.
