Rent a room of 175 m² in Porto

I´m renting a Private room (10m2), fully equipped, including a desk and chair for work/study.
The house has 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms in a spacious house with a total of 175m2 and a lawned garden of 110m2.
I´m embarking on a sabbatical journey through Asia. What I´m looking is for people who like old houses and will treat it as well as I do. I bought this house in 2019 and it took me 3 years to restore it with all the care and attention, so it's very important for me to know that it will be well loved and preserved!
