The apartment has air conditioning, washing machine and TV. Outside there is a splendid shaded veranda with a stunning sea view. Exclusive parking space available. The apartment is about 700 meters from the wonderful fine sandy beach of Porto Mannu. Guests have the possibility to use some of the services offered directly by the Porto Mannu complex subject to availability and payment, such as the seaside bar and restaurant, spa facilities etc., as well as rent umbrellas and sunbeds if available. The residential complex and its services operate from late May to late September. Upon request it's possible to rent bed linen, towels, or baby cot through our agency.
